Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with experience leading complex full-stack initiatives.
- Deep proficiency in React or Angular with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
- Strong back-end development and API architecture experience (Node.js, Python).
- Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and query optimization.
- Strong experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and message queues.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience integrating AI services, LLM APIs, and RAG patterns into production systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and technical mentoring experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with Figma for UI design collaboration.
- Day-to-day usage and expert knowledge of AI-forward tools such as Claude and Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Define front-end architecture and technical strategy while leading complex UI systems development.
- Define front-end standards, best practices, and contribute to shared design systems.
- Lead back-end development and API architecture for integration with third-party platforms.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize performance across relational and NoSQL systems.
- Ensure backend performance, scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
- Lead monitoring, observability, and reliability practices across production systems.
- Integrate AI services into production, including LLM APIs, streaming, and RAG patterns.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to raise the team's technical quality bar.
