Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or in-house cross-functional product teams.
- Proven experience launching and bringing new consumer-facing digital products to market at scale.
- Experience consulting enterprise clients on digital product strategies.
- Versatility across digital platforms including iOS, Android, Web, TV, Auto, Voice, Wearables, and IoT.
- Fluency with data analysis techniques including bi-variate analysis, cross tabulation, and distributions.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks (e.g., Jobs to Be Done, Hook, Kano, Design Sprint, Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to defend strategic choices.
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights.
- Mastery of modern product management best practices.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling product visions that inspire and guide our clients.
- Formulate detailed product strategies aligned with client business objectives and user needs.
- Execute comprehensive market and user research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop original points of view for clients.
- Collaborate with business development on new pursuits and pre-sales processes.
- Incorporate AI and agentic tools into the discovery process.
- Identify opportunities for new product features and improved business outcomes.
- Lead co-creation sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Guide client teams through early-stage product development and decision-making.
