Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in manual quality assurance focused on web applications.
- Experience testing CRM systems, customer-facing platforms, email campaigns, and notification workflows.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, testing methodologies, and test design techniques.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalent.
- Experience managing test cases and defect reports using tools like Jira.
- Familiarity with databases and data validation using MongoDB, BigQuery, or DataGrip.
- Basic knowledge of Git workflows and code review processes.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
- Experience analyzing logs and debugging issues with monitoring tools.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test cases and testing scenarios.
- Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, usability, and UI/UX testing.
- Test and validate internal CRM systems to ensure stability and functionality.
- Verify email campaigns and push notifications across different environments.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar solutions.
- Utilize browser developer tools to investigate issues and analyze logs.
- Assess testing risks and provide insights during sprint planning.
- Create detailed bug reports with reproduction steps and severity assessments.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure successful releases.
- Support the improvement of testing methodologies and quality processes.
