Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with focus on Web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, regression testing, and bug reporting.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting defects.
- Familiarity with bug tracking/project management systems like Jira or Linear.
- Experience using browser developer tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and document defects.
- Maintain clear and organized QA documentation including test cases and regression suites.
- Partner with teams to ensure issues are triaged and prioritized.
- Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Execute regression testing and release validation.
- Identify ways to improve manual QA processes and test coverage.
