Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in national or enterprise account management within a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong expertise in sales development, pipeline management, and account-based selling methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex client needs and translate them into strategic, tailored solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams while maintaining autonomy.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic account planning.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts in Canada.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-sale engagement.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Forecast pipeline activity and maintain accurate reporting on account performance and revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine account strategy.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and provide updates to leadership.
