Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in national or enterprise account management within a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in sales development, pipeline management, and account-based selling methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex client needs and translate them into strategic, tailored solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams while maintaining autonomy.
- Experience in sales forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic account planning.
- Fluency in English required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts in Canada.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-sale engagement.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast pipeline activity and maintain accurate reporting on account performance and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine account strategy.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide updates to leadership.
