- Hands-on leadership style with active involvement in execution and planning.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in integrating AI tools into product management.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term direction for marketing technology products.
- Partner with marketing, engineering, data, sales, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of customer engagement and marketing automation platforms.
- Translate business and marketing requirements into detailed user stories and product backlogs.
- Manage product delivery within Agile environments through sprint planning and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive development of segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, predictive analytics, and automation for marketing performance.
- Collaborate with data teams to support integrations across CRM and customer data platforms.
- Establish KPIs to measure platform adoption, revenue growth, and operational success.
- Ensure solutions comply with data governance and privacy regulations.
