  • Interest in integrating AI tools into product management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term direction for marketing technology products.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, data, sales, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of customer engagement and marketing automation platforms.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into detailed user stories and product backlogs.
  • Manage product delivery within Agile environments through sprint planning and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive development of segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, predictive analytics, and automation for marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with data teams to support integrations across CRM and customer data platforms.
  • Establish KPIs to measure platform adoption, revenue growth, and operational success.
  • Ensure solutions comply with data governance and privacy regulations.
