Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure technology experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with or supporting data centers or critical facilities.
- 2+ years of product ownership, curriculum development, or technical training experience.
- Active technical portfolio demonstrating project management and technical documentation.
- Experience managing a backlog and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Executive communication skills with ability to synthesize technical complexity.
- Knowledge of data center operations, low voltage systems, and building automation.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, NFPA-related safety practices.
- Familiarity with DCIM platforms and Critical Monitoring Systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management including discovery, evaluation, and build decisions.
- Define and uphold curriculum product standards and credential alignment.
- Translate infrastructure technology requirements into learning objectives, assessments, and labs.
- Act as a lead consultant for stakeholders and donors regarding curriculum strategy.
- Manage curriculum product KPIs and quality assurance frameworks.
- Lead and coach cross-functional partners on product discovery and design.
- Identify and improve process gaps across product and operations.
