Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure technology experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with or supporting data centers or critical facilities.
  • 2+ years of product ownership, curriculum development, or technical training experience.
  • Active technical portfolio demonstrating project management and technical documentation.
  • Experience managing a backlog and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Executive communication skills with ability to synthesize technical complexity.
  • Knowledge of data center operations, low voltage systems, and building automation.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, NFPA-related safety practices.
  • Familiarity with DCIM platforms and Critical Monitoring Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management including discovery, evaluation, and build decisions.
  • Define and uphold curriculum product standards and credential alignment.
  • Translate infrastructure technology requirements into learning objectives, assessments, and labs.
  • Act as a lead consultant for stakeholders and donors regarding curriculum strategy.
  • Manage curriculum product KPIs and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Lead and coach cross-functional partners on product discovery and design.
  • Identify and improve process gaps across product and operations.
