Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure technology experience in data center operations, low voltage systems, or critical facilities.
  • 3+ years of experience working with or supporting data centers, critical facilities, or electrical/HVAC-adjacent environments.
  • 2+ years of product ownership, curriculum development, technical training, or workforce development experience.
  • Strong understanding of DCIM platforms, CMS, electrical, and HVAC-adjacent environments.
  • Proven ability to translate technical and occupational requirements into structured learning objectives and hands-on labs.
  • Experience managing a product backlog and driving execution from discovery through launch.
  • Executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize technical complexity into measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and NFPA-related safety practices.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology.
  • Establish and maintain a disciplined Operating Rhythm, including discovery-to-delivery planning and milestone tracking.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including opportunity intake, discovery, evaluation, and build decisions.
  • Translate infrastructure technology requirements into clear learning objectives, assessments, hands-on labs, and curriculum design intent.
  • Serve as the primary lead in partner and funder discovery for curriculum strategy.
  • Act as a consultant for internal and external stakeholders to shape curriculum strategy.
  • Lead through influence across Product, Design, Delivery, Instructor Development, Evaluation, and Operations.
  • Define and track curriculum product KPIs to drive roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain curriculum documentation standards and systems of record for portfolio artifacts.
