Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product management leadership role, with 5+ years in SaaS product lifecycle management.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing product management teams.
- Strong ability to define and execute both short-term and long-term product roadmaps aligned with business and customer needs.
- Experience working directly with customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and strategy.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Experience working in regulated industries (life sciences or similar) is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes, submission workflows, or platforms like Veeva Vault RIM is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution across product strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regulatory information management solutions.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer needs, market demands, and internal technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams to translate product requirements into high-quality, scalable product features.
- Engage with customers, sales, services, and support teams to gather insights and ensure product-market fit and customer success.
- Review and contribute to detailed product design specifications within an Agile development environment.
- Act as a product evangelist, representing product capabilities to internal stakeholders and external customers.
