Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product design or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience designing complex web-based products, particularly within enterprise, technical, or data-driven environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
- Proven experience designing AI-powered or AI-native product experiences, including intelligent assistants, automation workflows, or explainable AI interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within the design process for ideation, prototyping, content generation, or workflow optimization.
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively and influence product direction through strategic thinking and collaboration.
- Strong partnership skills with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and data-focused stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring designers, setting design standards, or influencing design quality across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fintech, risk management, compliance, fraud prevention, analytics platforms, developer tools, or other highly technical products is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, from discovery and strategy through implementation and launch.
- Define and execute long-term product vision initiatives, creating prototypes and concepts that align stakeholders around future product direction.
- Design AI-native user experiences, including intelligent assistants, automated workflows, generative interfaces, and explainable decision-making systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to influence roadmap decisions and strategic priorities.
- Transform complex operational, compliance, and risk-related workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Build interactive prototypes to validate ideas, reduce uncertainty, and accelerate product development.
- Drive the evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality user experiences across the platform.
- Establish and maintain a high standard of design craftsmanship through reviews, feedback, and cross-team collaboration.
- Conduct user research and incorporate customer insights into product development and design decisions.
- Advocate for innovative design practices and the effective use of AI throughout the design process.
