- Strong track record of creating, scaling, and evolving design systems.
- Ability to define strategy, set direction, and drive execution for design systems.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and own end-to-end product features.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and systems thinking.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI in the design process.
- Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with component-based architecture.
- Visionary leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the strategy, roadmap and development for the design system.
- Evolve the design system by integrating AI-tooling, skills, and agents.
- Define workflows to bridge design and front-end teams.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive component library using atomic design principles.
- Create accessible documentation for the design system.
- Drive adoption of the design system across the organization.
- Contribute to and own end-to-end product features.
- Research and pilot new AI tools and methodologies for design.
