Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, HR, communications, marketing, or related program management functions.
- Strong experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience in onboarding, employee engagement, or internal communications programs is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback, participation data, and program metrics to drive improvements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of orientation programs to ensure consistent onboarding and integration.
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and tracking for onboarding and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with facilitators and stakeholders to align content with business priorities.
- Analyze feedback and engagement metrics to drive continuous program improvement.
- Develop onboarding toolkits and enablement resources in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead coordination of division-level engagement activities and maintain a centralized calendar.
- Develop agendas and materials for engagement initiatives to ensure clarity.
- Collaborate with internal teams like HR, Legal, and Communications on program alignment.
- Oversee logistics for recognition programs, including vendor management and event planning.
- Track participation and milestones to provide reporting and actionable insights.
