Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a federal cybersecurity and GRC space.
- Proven ability to manage waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and gain consensus.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture and modern cloud systems.
- Proficiency in project management and team delegation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Federal certifications preferred, with CCP highly preferred.
- Available for up to 2 weeks of travel per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical federal compliance programs from scoping to delivery for government contractor and federal agency requirements.
- Manage a team of Security Analysts, driving performance through structured coaching and accountability.
- Conduct gap and risk assessments against federal and commercial cybersecurity frameworks like NIST 800-53, CMMC, and FedRAMP.
- Participate in and manage external audits on behalf of customers, providing evidence to CPAs and QSAs.
- Lead project management for customers, creating tasks and milestones to meet security objectives.
- Monitor and enforce SLAs for customer requests.
- Analyze project results to identify potential risks and process enhancements.
