Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within startup or high-growth digital environments.
  • Proven ability to operate independently in remote, US-aligned roles with strong accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience interpreting CRM metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing cold outreach campaigns, including email sequencing and multi-channel prospecting.
  • Working knowledge or strong interest in the YouTube creator economy and digital sponsorship ecosystems.
  • High level of self-discipline, resilience, and consistency in managing complex outbound sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, EmailBison, HubSpot, Close CRM, Notion, Google Sheets, and AI-based call recording platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize outbound sales systems by building structured, automated outreach campaigns across email, social, and web-based lead generation channels.
  • Own the full CRM and pipeline architecture, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring conversion performance to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Lead direct sales execution by conducting high-quality discovery calls with creators and sponsors.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to refine proprietary tools and data workflows for better targeting.
  • Develop, document, and standardize scalable sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and operating procedures.
  • Drive strategic growth milestones by increasing outbound volume and preparing for future team leadership and hiring.
