Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services businesses is preferred.
- Solid understanding of building technology systems, including HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, and IT/OT/IoT networks.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling/BIM authoring or review tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or similar tools to manage disparate datasets.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex technical content to internal and external teams.
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools like Claude to improve productivity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, flexible approach.
Responsibilities
- Build and set up Digital Twins for clients through direct involvement in live deployment projects.
- Validate building system data (HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical) using professional domain knowledge.
- Utilize 3D building models such as Revit or Navisworks to understand layouts and support Digital Twin creation.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel to identify issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate system integrations.
- Leverage AI tools for data processing, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Provide daily progress reports to Team Leaders regarding project deliverables, risks, and blockers.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities and roadmap.
