Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering solutions with enterprise IGA tools (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Oracle).
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or PowerShell for custom rule development.
- Strong understanding of LDAP, SQL, SCIM, JSON, and XML.
- Experience integrating with enterprise applications such as SAP, SFDC, Workday, or Oracle Ebus/Fusion.
- Deep knowledge of OAuth2, SAML, and OIDC security protocols.
- Professional-level certification in a major IGA platform is required.
- CISSP or CISM certification is desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead code reviews, define development best practices, and mentor junior implementation engineers.
- Design and build automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows and self-service access request portals.
- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, birthright access policies, and certification campaigns.
- Develop API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and flat-file connectors for disconnected applications.
- Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex synchronization errors or system performance issues.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs including data schemas, connector logic, and workflow definitions.
- Configure and customize the IGA platform, develop custom connectors, and orchestrate complex joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes.
