Requirements
- Extensive experience with React.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with front-end build tools.
- Advanced understanding of software engineering principles (e.g., SOLID, DRY).
- Understanding of APIs, data fetching strategies, and client-server data flow.
- Leadership experience in guiding teams and making architectural decisions.
- Considerable experience in software development.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of front-end features and improvements that enhance Arbor’s front-end systems.
- Collaborate closely with other Tech Leads, fostering a cohesive and high-performing engineering organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new components align with the Design System and UX strategy.
- Take a leadership role in solutionizing complex feature requests and architectural decisions.
- Drive the creation of detailed and strategic documentation for new feature developments.
- Lead and drive the usage of advanced testing practices to ensure high reliability.
- Produce well-architected, efficient, and scalable code while serving as a role model for engineering best practices.
