Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, Investing, Banking, or Product Management.
- Proven experience in payments, treasury, or banking, specifically focused on international or cross-border payments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on driving partner value.
- Clear communication, structured thinking, organization, and product sense.
- Ability to execute with speed and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Experience in high-growth startups is a plus.
- Experience within service partner/systems integration go-to-market motions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire deal process, from vetting partners and negotiating commercial terms to internal buy-in and GTM support.
- Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks for new payment rails and market entry.
- Define KPIs and growth targets with the product team to measure partnership success.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and develop new product offerings.
- Negotiate contract amendments and renewals to align with evolving business priorities.
