Requirements
- Currently residing in the United States.
- Certified Sex Coach accredited by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT).
- Strong communication, active listening, and goal-setting skills.
- No history of professional misconduct or ethical violations.
- Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week.
- Comfortable delivering coaching via a digital platform.
- Prior virtual coaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual support to members via video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
- Address topics including confidence and empowerment in sex and intimacy.
- Facilitate communication with sexual partners.
- Identify root causes of low sex drive such as relationship dynamics or sexual identity.
- Provide counseling around sexual changes during menopause.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team for referrals and follow-ups.
- Document session summaries in the Maven platform.
- Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model by delivering culturally sensitive, empathetic care.
