Requirements
- PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field from an APA-accredited program.
- Completion of an APA-accredited doctoral internship.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
- PSYPACT Certified and E-Passport Certificate in the state in which you reside.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video.
- Organized and excited by a dynamic team environment.
- Warm and engaging clinical style.
- Availability to work evening hours, potential opportunity to work Saturdays.
- Practice evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, EMDR, etc.).
- Partner closely with other members of the clinical team.
- Pilot innovative therapy protocols and techniques.
- Participate in training on proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments for children, teens, and families, identify issues, and develop diagnostic impressions using DSM-5 criteria.
- Deliver structured therapeutic interventions for emotional regulation, anxiety, and other challenges, modifying approaches as needed.
- Foster a supportive environment for families, educate them on treatment strategies, and involve them in care planning.
- Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings, contribute to shared treatment planning, and communicate progress.
- Conduct telehealth sessions adhering to best practices, ensuring confidentiality, security, and prompt technical issue resolution.
- Document all interactions thoroughly, update care plans, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to guidelines.
- Apply trauma-informed practices and developmental considerations across treatment.
