Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Therapy)

Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois, holding a PhD or PsyD, or be License-eligible/Post Doctoral.
• Psychological Testing and Assessment experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet direct service expectations and complete documentation on time.
• Skills in managing priorities and organizational workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to various populations, including adults, children, and adolescents.
• Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week, with a minimum of 24 for full-time.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals in accordance with policies.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote and demonstrate the clinic's mission and values in daily performance.
