Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Bengali and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling objections and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and computer operations.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in Sales, Lead Generation, creator onboarding, or service partner acquisition is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts to introduce Dostt and its opportunities.
- Identify, engage, and onboard quality hosts who align with platform guidelines.
- Follow up on leads generated through sourcing channels, referrals, campaigns, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts throughout their journey.
- Educate hosts about platform features, policies, and monetization opportunities.
- Train and support newly onboarded hosts to ensure activation.
- Maintain accurate records of host interactions and onboarding status in internal systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and engagement targets.
