Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Punjabi and English (read, write and speak).
  • Ability to handle Host rejection and remain patient.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & Excel.
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts to inform them about products and services.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to hosts.
  • Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Train & Onboarding new hosts as per Guidelines of App.
