Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, or Onboarding roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling objections and following up with leads.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer operations.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in astrology, consultation platforms, or service partner acquisition is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage onboarding pipelines efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential astrologers to introduce AstroLokal services.
- Explain platform benefits, earning opportunities, and onboarding procedures to prospective partners.
- Convert interested astrologers into active platform partners.
- Guide astrologers through registration, profile creation, and verification processes.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and onboarding status in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Resolve basic queries and provide support throughout the partner onboarding journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth activation of astrologer profiles.
- Monitor onboarding quality and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
