Requirements

- Track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products or platforms.
- Deep understanding of Conversational AI systems, including NLP, LLMs, and dialog management.
- Proven ability to execute product strategy and roadmap planning in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and AI performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Conversational AI Teams.
- Define, review, and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones and dependencies.
- Drive execution of platform improvements in collaboration with Engineering, Infrastructure, and AI/ML teams.
- Champion platform infrastructure design for high availability and low latency.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in LLMs and AI-driven routing.
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Define and track KPIs to measure platform effectiveness and AI accuracy.
