Requirements
- Significant experience in data consulting or professional services.
- Success in client-facing solutioning and pre-sales support.
- Demonstrated success closing data opportunities via technical leadership.
- Experience in Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Consumer Goods.
- Background architecting real-world data solutions using Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Executive presence and ability to lead client conversations independently.
- Experience operating in fast-moving consulting environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Client Partners to drive data solutions growth.
- Lead data solution design and value propositions in client conversations.
- Operate as technical authority for data architecture.
- Serve as data solution credibility lead for client pursuits.
- Support proposal development including technical approaches, estimates, and delivery models.
- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to plan solutions.
- Ensure alignment between sold solutions and delivery team execution.
- Maintain 50% billable involvement for architectural oversight and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI teams.
