Requirements
- Significant experience in data consulting or professional services.
- Experience in client-facing solutioning and pre-sales support.
- Demonstrated success supporting and closing data opportunities.
- Experience in Retail, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Consumer Goods verticals.
- Experience supporting B2C and B2B client programs.
- Strong background architecting data solutions using Databricks or Snowflake.
- Experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Ability to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience operating in fast-moving consulting environments.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Client Partners to drive data solutions growth.
- Lead data solution design and shape value propositions aligned to business outcomes.
- Operate as technical authority for data architecture and guide engineering teams.
- Serve as primary credibility lead in consumer pursuits.
- Support proposal development, estimates, and delivery models.
- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to plan solutions.
- Ensure actionable handoffs from pursuit to delivery teams.
- Provide hands-on architectural oversight with 50% billable involvement.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI teams.
- Travel frequently to client sites for meetings, workshops, and pitches.
