Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, specifically with enterprise customers in the investment management industry.
- Analytical mindset with in-depth Excel skills.
- Effective analysis, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in a concise, prescriptive, persuasive, and professional manner.
- Proven experience leading client-facing meetings and presentations with executives.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to drive cross-team decision making.
- Experience identifying improvement areas and proposing solutions.
- Hands-on experience establishing repeatable AI use across deliverables.
- Ability to travel nationally up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the Technical Consulting Team.
- Strategize and consult with customers to understand motivations, business drivers, and strategic goals.
- Design and execute adoption plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify constraints and drive feature adoption and engagement.
- Lead customer training sessions for varying user skill levels.
- Act as a technical expert to troubleshoot complex issues across internal teams.
- Collaborate with product development to guide the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Maintain consistent messaging around product and procedural best practices.
- Use AI tools to enhance delivery workflows and provide guidance on AI integration opportunities.
