Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media experience in an agency environment.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience with Databox or similar reporting tools.
- Near-native English proficiency.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and Bing.
- Set up new ad accounts and implement robust conversion tracking.
- Audit existing campaigns and create actionable optimization plans.
- Own full paid media lifecycle for approximately 10 clients.
- Ensure proper attribution using GTM, GA4, Databox, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams via Monday.com, Slack, and Zoom.
