Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Strategy, or similar.
- Experience building training programs and supporting sales organizations.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and sales tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in change management and enablement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proven experience as a world-class individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into scalable enablement initiatives.
- Lead rollout strategies for new products, GTM messaging, sales motions, tools, and operational processes.
- Develop enablement roadmaps aligned with company objectives and sales priorities.
- Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, self-paced, and live training.
- Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, participation, completion, business outcomes).
- Build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Develop change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
- Create reinforcement plans and manage knowledge management systems.
