Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, Strategy, or similar.
  • Experience building training programs and supporting sales organizations.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and sales tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in change management and enablement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience as a world-class individual contributor.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to translate business priorities into scalable enablement initiatives.
  • Lead rollout strategies for new products, GTM messaging, sales motions, tools, and operational processes.
  • Develop enablement roadmaps aligned with company objectives and sales priorities.
  • Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, self-paced, and live training.
  • Define and monitor success metrics (adoption, participation, completion, business outcomes).
  • Build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Create reinforcement plans and manage knowledge management systems.
