Responsibilities

  • Drive critical production issues to timely resolutions as a leader during incidents.
  • Lead effective risk assessments before launches.
  • Facilitate postmortems after incidents to drive organizational learning.
  • Identify shortcomings in incident response procedures and suggest solutions.
  • Analyze incident data and trends to spot patterns and flag risks.
  • Ensure decisions are made by the right stakeholders and action items have clear owners.
  • Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends one week out of every four.
