Responsibilities
- Drive critical production issues to timely resolutions as a leader during incidents.
- Lead effective risk assessments before launches.
- Facilitate postmortems after incidents to drive organizational learning.
- Identify shortcomings in incident response procedures and suggest solutions.
- Analyze incident data and trends to spot patterns and flag risks.
- Ensure decisions are made by the right stakeholders and action items have clear owners.
- Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends one week out of every four.
