Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related or data-driven business analyst role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Visio, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data to various audiences.
- Systems-thinking mindset with an interest in process improvement.
- Familiarity with value-based care environments (preferred).
- Experience working with EHR systems (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, or Miro (plus).
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to assess operational performance.
- Partner with leadership to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the development of operational dashboards and reporting tools.
- Build and maintain presentations, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure status visibility.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate risks or resource constraints.
- Map and document business processes to identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and execution.
- Organize action items and track deliverables for operational leadership.
