Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business major preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or brokerage firms
- Series 65 license or equivalent
- Strong understanding of portfolio construction metrics, investment styles, correlation, and tax-loss harvesting rules
- High technical aptitude and ability to learn multiple software programs
- Strong skills in Excel data manipulation and reporting
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned portfolios for tax-loss harvesting, rebalancing, and cash management
- Collaborate with wealth teams and trading teams to manage client portfolios
- Champion the adoption of portfolio management software
- Coordinate onboarding of wealth advisory teams to the current system
- Set up new client portfolios
- Perform regular portfolio reviews
- Ensure data is updated and accurate
