- Track record of owning consumer-facing flows end-to-end.
- Systems thinking and ability to translate complex workflows into simple product decisions.
- Experience with the full transaction lifecycle including checkout and financial reporting.
- Strong design partnership and focus on experience quality.
- Bias toward outcomes and measuring impact.
- Cross-functional influence without direct authority.
- Fluency with AI tools for discovery and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and design to translate capabilities into experiences.
- Measure and improve user experiences using data and customer insight.
- Manage complex workflows and technical constraints across multiple personas.
- Own end-to-end transaction lifecycles including checkout, financial reporting, and business tools.
- Navigate ambiguity and anchor on business outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and adjacent teams.
