- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in contract and/or project management
- Key Account Management experience within the Utility Industry (asset)
- Experience working with agents (asset)
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems (asset)
- Transformer manufacturing experience (asset)
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and new business opportunities with existing clientele
- Maintain a sales focus of 80% account development and 20% new business acquisition
- Own forecast vs. actual release patterns
- Provide timely market intelligence and monitor competitive threats
- Ensure regular contact with customers on a sales calendar
- Leverage agent networks to support sales growth
- Serve as company liaison for customer issue resolution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize customer value
