Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
- Prior people management experience with coaching and development capability.
- Strong technical aptitude for collaborating with engineering and service teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in B2B environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across customer sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to perform field-related tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share within the pulp and paper sector.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team (Service Technician and Support Engineer).
- Support field operations including program execution, reporting, and equipment monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
- Track sales performance, forecast demand, and report key metrics.
- Support customer visits, trials, and technical discussions.
