Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Knowledge of bus market or manufacturing preferred.
- HVAC or refrigeration knowledge a plus.
- Ability to travel 50% of time, including to Canada.
- Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major traffic violations in the last 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships with Transit Authorities and Bus OEMs.
- Maintain high market share and drive new business.
- Conduct frequent travel to customer sites for strategic relationship building.
- Lead impactful sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Forecast future business and manage sales pipeline.
- Promote products at trade shows, events, and technician competitions.
- Partner with cross-functional service and aftermarket sales counterparts.
- Cooperate with local independent dealers for support.
- Advocate for customer needs to internal teams.
- Gather competitive intelligence and analyze market trends.
