Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and patterns.
- Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale.
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services.
- Understanding of LLM failure modes and production mitigations.
- Proven ability to identify high-leverage problems and deliver with minimal direction.
- Clear technical communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems from architecture through operation.
- Build modular, composable agentic systems using orchestration frameworks.
- Develop reusable agentic skills across various interfaces.
- Implement observability, performance metrics, and cost management for AI workflows.
- Establish governance, compliance, and PII handling standards.
- Build APIs and microservices connecting AI models to business systems.
- Architect RAG pipelines connecting LLMs to internal knowledge bases.
- Partner with internal teams to build scalable, self-service automation workflows.
