- Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level (at least 8 years commercial experience).
- Deep knowledge of Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience with AI application development and Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Agentspace).
- Practical experience delivering in an agile environment.
- Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Testing experience (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
- Experience working with databases and cloud environments.
- Experience with automation, CI, and CD.
- Experience building software collaboratively via pull requests and code reviews.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications using Python.
- Support component design, development, and maintenance.
- Define structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Gather feedback from users and clients to build solutions.
- Assist with the analysis of client requirements.
- Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution.
