Job Details

3+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, or ETL-related roles in enterprise software implementations
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
Experience designing and executing ETL workflows
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing discussions and workshops
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to analyze complex data structures and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong experience with data validation and reconciliation techniques
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience working on SaaS or enterprise application implementations
Demonstrated willingness to adopt and leverage AI-assisted tools and automation

Analyze legacy system data structures and perform data profiling to identify data quality issues, gaps, and transformation requirements
Lead data-focused work sessions and workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements, review mappings, and resolve data-related decisions
Engage directly with customers to explain data structures, transformation logic, and migration outcomes
Develop and maintain detailed source-to-target data mapping specifications
Design and execute ETL processes to migrate data into the Accela Civic Platform
Perform data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment activities
Execute mock conversions and support iterative migration cycles
Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes
Troubleshoot data-related issues collaboratively
Document migration processes, mapping logic, and validation results
