Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or analytics.
- Must have experience in the healthcare industry; diagnostics experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful VoC programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage market research initiatives to gather actionable insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Craft narratives around data insights and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor relationships and collaborate with Procurement.
- Monitor and distill insights on traditional and emerging competitors.
- Develop, grow, and optimize a Voice of the Customer (VoC) plan.
- Build and maintain advanced analytics capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into roadmaps and strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of insights and analytics professionals.
