Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, business analytics, or market research.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience managing and coaching teams.
- 6+ years of experience leveraging analytics for strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ability to transform complex data into executive-level presentations.
- Experience with segmentation, predictive modeling, and customer journey mapping.
- Expertise in KPI development and performance measurement.
- Success influencing senior leaders in complex organizations.
- Experience working within remote or distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive insights and analytics strategy.
- Lead the creation of audience intelligence frameworks using quantitative and qualitative research.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to guide fundraising and marketing.
- Design and oversee measurement frameworks for engagement effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding engagement performance.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems.
- Lead engagement and personalization strategies to improve retention.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure data quality and system integration.
- Drive the responsible adoption of AI and advanced analytics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and researchers.
