Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, business analytics, or market research.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience managing and coaching teams.
  • 6+ years of experience leveraging analytics for strategic planning.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to transform complex data into executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with segmentation, predictive modeling, and customer journey mapping.
  • Expertise in KPI development and performance measurement.
  • Success influencing senior leaders in complex organizations.
  • Experience working within remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive insights and analytics strategy.
  • Lead the creation of audience intelligence frameworks using quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to guide fundraising and marketing.
  • Design and oversee measurement frameworks for engagement effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership regarding engagement performance.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems.
  • Lead engagement and personalization strategies to improve retention.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure data quality and system integration.
  • Drive the responsible adoption of AI and advanced analytics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and researchers.
