Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in data analytics with a focus on healthcare compliance.
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex data mining and trend analysis to proactively assess compliance risks.
- Create comprehensive compliance dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Develop and implement predictive models to assess risk and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive technological initiatives and system optimizations in compliance operations.
- Work cross-functionally to address compliance issues and implement controls.
- Spearhead collaboration across Product, Tech, and BI departments.
- Provide executive-level compliance insights for Board and Committee discussions.
- Develop and track metrics against compliance program maturity models.
