Requirements
- 15-20 years of professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience as a hands-on Solutions Architect.
- Consulting leadership experience working with external customers.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and/or Scala (Java is a plus).
- Proficiency in core cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks, or GCP).
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Expertise in modern data transformation frameworks (dbt).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating detailed technical documentation and presentations.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or Master's in Computer Applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects and Data Engineers.
- Foster internal growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop end-to-end technical solutions into production.
- Ensure project performance, security, scalability, and robust data integration.
- Create and deliver detailed presentations to clients.
- Produce detailed solution documentation including POCs, roadmaps, and logical system views.
- Drive customer success through strong cross-practice relationships.
