Requirements
- 15-20 years of total work experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and/or Scala.
- Proficiency in SQL writing, debugging, and optimization.
- Experience with cloud data platforms including Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
- Experience with dbt for ELT pipeline development.
- Demonstrated experience in consulting leadership.
- Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or Master's in Computer Applications).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects and Data Engineers.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions into production.
- Create and deliver detailed technical presentations and solution documentation.
- Foster internal growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Maintain strong cross-practice relationships to drive customer success.
- Ensure project outcomes meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
