Requirements
- 4-6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred)
- 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Advanced database knowledge (stored procedures, triggers, functions, & explain plan)
- Ability to analyze tables and views
- Experience in database and system integration
Responsibilities
- Working with senior leaders to scope and design Appian solutions
- Lead scrum teams to deliver on-time solutions following an agile methodology
- Develop software solutions as a member of a software delivery team
- Mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers
- Perform requirement discovery and data modeling
- Deliver insightful code reviews and propose alternative solutions
- Influence coding guidelines
