Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX strategy, product design, or related roles.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Expertise in UX strategy for complex products or multi-surface applications.
- Strong foundation in user research, interaction design, and experience architecture.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working within agile product development environments.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and help evolve UX strategy across Accela’s platform.
- Translate product strategy into experience principles, frameworks, and interaction models.
- Drive consistency in user experience across workflows and product surfaces.
- Develop research strategies to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Define end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to translate strategy into designs and prototypes.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align UX strategy with technical constraints.
- Identify UX gaps and recommend scalable improvements.
- Track UX success metrics including usability and adoption.
