- Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to drive projects from concept through launch with high attention to detail.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities and minimal structure.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and ability to design intuitive, consumer-grade product flows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and deliver against tight timelines.
- Bias toward action, curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives aimed at improving user experience, engagement, and retention.
- Develop, define, and maintain initiative-level roadmaps, ensuring alignment with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate high-level product ideas into clear requirements, workflows, and deliverables that can be executed efficiently by development teams.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure visibility into priorities, dependencies, and timelines, while proactively managing risks and trade-offs.
- Document decisions, action items, and product requirements, ensuring accountability and follow-through across stakeholders.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on product concepts, contributing to fast experimentation and learning cycles.
- Uphold product and brand standards across all user touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality of experience.
