Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
- Support Senior Recruiters with administrative tasks during the recruitment process.
- Manage operational activities for different recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Devise creative ways to attract top talent.
- Analyze the market to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on metrics.
