Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or other relevant field.
- Active License to practice therapy in good standing (LCSW, LICSW, LPC).
- Must be licensed in California.
- 3+ years of relevant experience delivering CBT and other specified interventions.
- Ability to work alongside and communicate effectively with other care providers.
- Competence in administrative technologies like Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Experience charting electronically.
- Experience delivering care on telehealth platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of care providers to provide comprehensive member care.
- Utilize evidenced-based clinical interventions including CBT, relaxation strategies, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and gut-directed hypnotherapy.
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments to design and implement relevant and concrete goals.
- Initiate and maintain health records in electronic health record systems.
- Participate in professional training activities to maintain licensure.
- Participate in clinical coordination meetings with other care team members.
- Contribute to company-wide development of psychological best practices.
